    One of Devon’s brightest DJ duos, The Vinyl Avengers make their debut in Hope Cove armed with an eclectic set sure to get any crowd dancing.

    True champions of retro, the Torquay two have established some of the best nights in the region thanks to their dedication, sense of fun and a real pedigree.

    One time member of Torbay Mods Scooter club, DJ Loadz made a name for himself on the decks in some of the best Devon clubs during the 80’s and 90’s.

    Growing up on a diet of NYD, Iggy and Soul Train in LA, Lady Jade turned tables in the notorious Valley of the Dolls club in Carnaby Street, London and in Tokyo. Rod Stewart hails her as a great DJ!

    Together they form a formidable package.

    Earning high praise from the likes of BBC Introducing, Cydney Brown tops the bill at the regular showcase for local talent, armed with a mix of bangin’ covers and originals.

    With influences ranging from Eva Cassidy to Kula Shaker and The Killers, the young South Devon-based singer-songwriter makes her debut at The Cove.

    Soul, ballads, chilled, this lady always leaves the audience in awe.

    It’s also a first-time gig in Hope Cove for Addie as the Newton Abbot-based musician targets a big year with new tracks in the pipeline.

    Having started writing and performing his own music from an early age, rave reviews greeted his debut album.Support slots with Sound of The Sirens and Dan Donnelly followed.

    No strangers to the venue having appeared on busk open mic nights, The Zaffiros get a longer set to demonstrate their outstanding talent.

    After a storming debut in November, we just had to bring back one of the South West’s most unique club/arts experiences to Hope Cove.

    WATCH Anthony Joshua aim to unify the heavyweight title against fellow champ Joseph Parker - live across multiscreen over 2 floors at The Cove on Easter Saturday (March 31).

    It's all about the boxing on this night in the best place to watch live sport in the South Hams.

    This fight will be only the second time in boxing history where two undefeated heavyweight champions compete in a unification bout.     It's a winning collection of hip shaking, groove roots and rock ’n’ roll tracks that have set live shots on fie.

    EX Inspirals Carpet frontman Tom Hingley storms The Cove during Madchester Weekend on Saturday, April 21.

    One of the city’s most prolific and influential indie bands during a glory era in the early 1990s, hits such as ‘This is How It Feels’, ‘Saturn 5’ and ‘Dragging Me Down’s put them alongside the likes of The Stone Roses and Happy Mondays.

    25 years and 15 top 40 singles later, he continues to enjoy a successful solo career - consistently touring the UK and beyond.

    Expect an eclectic mix of folk, soul, gospel and blues with tons of heart plus a few acoustic renditions of Inspiral classics.

    BORN for blues-fuelled, foot-stompin' late-night hoedowns, rock ’n’ rollers True Strays are back at The Cove on Saturday, December 8.

    Having stolen the show at this year’s Kingsbridge Food and Music Festival, the Bristol-based four piece return with plenty of momentum as a big 2019 awaits.

    It’s no surprise these boys are on the rise after delivering joyous live shows packed with huge bass driven riffs, a howling tornado of resonator guitar, cacophonous drums, soaring Hammond organ and stunning vocal harmonies.

    Clear influences include greats like Muddy Waters and Howling Wolf, Jimi Hendrix and Fleetwood Mac, The Doors and Pink Floyd alongside grunge rock stand-outs Nirvana, QOTSA and Idles.

    ACOUSTIC singer-songwriter Chris Davis is back at The Cove to kick out monster tracks on Sunday December 30 2018.

    Since taking to the stage at 18, the Plymouth-born musician has been hooked on performing in front of a crowd.

    He’s cut his teeth on stages thought the South West, clocking up seven gigs a week to get his fix.

    And as a result he’s built up a lengthy and eclectic list of classic songs from the 70’s to the present day, which sees him chop and chef from funk to folk, rock to rap and everything in between.
