THE salvation of British indie-rock in Devon, Velvet Echoes are back at The Cove on Saturday, July 13.
Influenced by legends such as Stone Roses, Oasis, Kasabian and The Jam, the Plymouth-based quartet are on a mission in 2019.
Within the space of just a year, they’ve impressed the likes of BBC Introducing while enjoying national exposure thanks to ITV’s This Morning.
Their first EP was mixed by Stew Jackson (Massive Attack) while follow-up ‘Is It Enough?’ saw the boys work with John Cornfield (Oasis, Stone Roses, Muse).
And looking to make their mark, these boys have been doing it the right way with prominent gigs in the capital alongside supporting the likes of Twisted Wheel.
Velvet Echoes arrive in Hope Cove as part of our commitment to supporting the region’s up and coming bands.
Live from 9.30pm, admission is free.
Expect tunes from the likes of the Roses, Vaccines, Catfish and Blossoms either side of their set.
