New beer at The Cove in Hope Cove Devon

New beer alert

TWO awesome new taps and an array of top-notch cans take us into the weekend at The UK’s Best Craft Beer Bar.
Northern Monk and DEYA Brewing Company collab Skelatory is an amazing DDH IPA weighing in at a sweet 6.8%.
Highly drinkable house-style session pale Just A Glimmer – also from DEYA Brewing Company – does the trick at 4%.
New tins include The Gipsy Hill Brewing Co. IPA Baller (5.6%), fresh from Canada and Spain respectively are Collective Arts Brewing Ransack The Universe IPA (6.8%) and Naparbier Brut IPA Social Jetlag (6.5%). Beavertown Brewery‘s new batch of Heavy Water (9.5%) – imperial stout w/ raspberries, cacao and vanilla – have also just landed in the tank.

Live music TONIGHT

SUPERB rock funk trio Busta Groove step up to the plate for a hit-laden sing and dance-off at The Cove on Saturday, February 9.

Bring it all here as the Torquay-based boys dish out quality covers from the likes of The Weeknd, Bruno Mars and Duo Lipa to U2, Rod Stewart and The Police.

All three bring a wealth of experience to the party with frontman Oliver Holmes (vocals, guitar) having performed on Mark Lamar’s BBC Radio show at Maida Vale as well as for Craig Charles and 6Music.

Dean Mancey (percussion, vocals) is no stranger to to the South West circuit, performing with the likes of Daddy Mango and 3BF while Mike Taylor (bass, keyboards) has toured with stage shows due to his Royal Academy of Music background.

Rave reviews have hailed their incredible live performance.

It’s gonna fun.
