Alex Hart live at The Cove Cafe Bar in Hope Cove Devon

Country in Hope Cove

SET to make a global impact according to The Guardian, Devon singer-songwriter Alex Hart makes her debut at The Cove Cafe Bar in July.

Influenced by the likes of KT Tunstall and Doris Day, the 24-year-old has already drawn huge attentions for a unique sound she brands as ‘West Country Country’.

With glowing tributes in the press and deals with Right Track Digital via Universal in the UK and OK!Good Records in the US, it all suggests this lady is about to go places.

Working with talented DJ team, Electronic Youth, their cover of “I Wish I Didn’t Miss You” originally by Angie Stone went to no. 2 in the Music Week Club Charts and was played and supported by Pete Tong on Radio 1.

Catchy guitar hooks, uplifting harmonies with high quality vocals in a range of different styles – Alex has the potential to conquer the contemporary acoustic circuit.

Live from 9pm-ish, admission is free.

Music Meal Deals will once again be in operation – booking is advised.
