BEATS, funky sax and heavyweight bombs land when Dephicit and Summer Bright shake up The Cove with a special May Bank Holiday set on Saturday April 29.

With a formidable blend of turntablism & live saxophone, the duo are taking the underground head on with their finely tuned glitch & ghetto-funk sound, bridging raw jazz, funk and swing elements with alien basslines and rawkus beats.

So it’s all going off with Anthony Joshua’s World Heavyweight Title defence against Wladimir Klitschko live in the bar via Sky Sports Box Office.

Dephicit is no stranger to the studio, consistently delivering a slew of bangers to your ears on labels such as Riddim Fruit and Adapted Records, gaining him international support for his productions. With a handful of featured tracks in Mixmag as well as his track ‘Babushka’ gaining support from artists across the spectrum. This young producer has enlisted the power of live sax courtesy of the effervescent Summer Bright, resulting in the marriage of dirty drops and authentic live instrumentation.

This dynamic duo have taken their stomping ground by force, performing in the UK and Europe, supporting local and international heavy hitters such as Slamboree, Featurecast, Skope, Gypsy Disco, Hong Kong Ping Pong, Itchy and Skratchy, Opiuo, Stickybudz, and Wolfie Razzmatazz. With a handful of festival appearances under their belts, including two shows at Boomtown on both the Boombox and Spaceport stages, this powerful combination will be bringing the noise to the UK Festival circuit this year.

Live from around 9pm till late, admission is free.
