    KING Colobus frontman Stewart MacPherson is back with a wicked set of mashed-up covers and originals at The Cove on Saturday January 11 2020.

    Expect big hitters from the likes of Bowie, George Ezra and Smashing Pumpkins to Depeche Mode and Queens of The Stone Age alongside some self-penned tracks that have seen the band turn heads.

    The Devon-based four-piece has been making waves in the South West with their self-professed ‘bowl-dropping, alt-rock, post grunge sludge core that gets dragged by the short and curlies through a pit of the unexpected.’

    Making it a double celebration of emerging talent, Malborough-based young singer-songwriter Isaac Flynn joins the duo as support.

Whether it’s the beauty of where I live, the excitement of traveling and the new places I fall in love with, or the little memories associated with them. My ‘DREAMSACPES’ workshop provides an evening of creativity, in which I’ll be guiding you lovely lot in creating your own little artwork, inspired by an image of somewhere special to you- where ever that may be!

    KELL Brook makes his eagerly-anticipated return to the ring against Mark DeLuca live across multiscreen in The Cove on Saturday, February 8 2020.

    The Sheffield bumper bill features Kid Galahad taking on Claudio Marrero in a final eliminator for the IBF featherweight crown, Terri Harper clashing with Eva Wahlstrom for the WBC super-featherweight title and the return of heavyweight favourite Dave Allen.

    Former IBF welterweight ruler Brook (38-2, 26 KOs) was last seen outpointing Australia's Michael Zerafa over a year ago in his hometown and 'The Special One', trained by Dominic Ingle, will be aiming to shake off the ring rust and fire his name back into the mix for a world title shot in 2020.

    Busta Groove live at The Cove in Hope Cove

    SUPERB rock funk trio Busta Groove return to spark a hit-laden sing and dance-off at The Cove on Saturday, February 22.

    Bring it all here as the Torquay-based boys dish out quality covers from the likes of The Weeknd, Bruno Mars and Duo Lipa to U2, Rod Stewart and The Police.

    All three bring a wealth of experience to the party with frontman Oliver Holmes (vocals, guitar) having performed on Mark Lamar’s BBC Radio show at Maida Vale as well as for Craig Charles and 6Music.

    Dean Mancey (percussion, vocals) is no stranger to to the South West circuit, performing with the likes of Daddy Mango and 3BF while Mike Taylor (bass, keyboards) has toured with stage shows due to his Royal Academy of Music background.

    Huw and The Greater Good live at The Cove in Hope Cove

    RISING alt-indie folk band Huw & The Greater Good make a shock stop at The Cove on Saturday February 29.

    Assembled by members from each corner of the UK, the Leeds-based five-piece came together in Leeds - bonded by a love of classic and contemporary groups, including Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Cage the Elephant and The Water Boys.

    Fronted by the uncompromisingly powerful and soulful voice of Huw Eddy, their live show is lauded as a liberating and empowering experience.

    Northern Soul and Motown Clubnight returns to The Cove with on Friday, March 13.

    One of Devon’s brightest DJ duos, The Vinyl Avengers are back in Hope Cove armed with an eclectic set sure to get any crowd dancing.

    True champions of retro, the Torquay two have established some of the best nights in the region thanks to their dedication, sense of fun and a real pedigree.

    One time member of Torbay Mods Scooter club, DJ Loadz made a name for himself on the decks in some of the best Devon clubs during the 80’s and 90’s.

    Growing up on a diet of NYD, Iggy and Soul Train in LA, Lady Jade turned tables in the notorious Valley of the Dolls club in Carnaby Street, London and in Tokyo. Rod Stewart hails her as a great DJ!

    Tourists at The Cove in Hope Cove

    DEVON’S brightest indie prospects Tourists make their long-awaited return to The Cove on Saturday, March 28.

    The Torquay-based five-piece are gearing up for a huge remainder of 2020 with the release of their eagerly-awaited debut album and a series of supporting live dates.

    Having played triumphant sets at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Glastonbury, they took time out to hone their sound and prepare to take the next step they’ve long been tipped to make.

    Blending melodic, dreamy, beach-pop with a darker, sinister edge, they combine elements of shoe gaze and 80’s synth-pop with deeper-rooted post-punk influences.

    2019 single Align instantly saw BBC Radio 1 airplay via Huw Stephens and served as a perfect indicated of where these boys are heading.
